Not Just a Marbella Girl began in March 2026 as a female-only community created to bring women together through connection, support, wellness, and real conversation.

What started as one small menopause support circle quickly became something much bigger.

As a radio presenter by trade, I spent years interviewing experts and speaking openly about women’s health — particularly menopause and perimenopause. During that time, I noticed there was very little accessible information or community support available for women living in Spain compared to what was available in the UK.

So I decided to create it myself.

The very first Menopause Circle launched in Benavista as a supportive monthly gathering for women navigating menopause and perimenopause. We invited trusted experts to share practical advice, guidance, and honest conversations in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The response was incredible.

The community quickly expanded, leading to additional circles in Mijas and Sotogrande, alongside the launch of The Wellness Circle Benahavís — bringing together women and professionals within the health and wellness space to connect, collaborate, and support one another.

Within just three months, our community grew to over 2,300 members.

What began as a simple idea has now evolved into a growing platform of events, wellness gatherings, networking opportunities, expert talks, and supportive spaces for women across the Costa del Sol.

Not Just a Marbella Girl is more than a community — it’s a movement built on connection, empowerment, honesty, and support.

A place where women can learn, grow, share experiences, build friendships, and feel less alone in every stage of life.

And this is only the beginning.
